1. Return
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is unused and unwashed.
- All tags, packaging and invoices are intact.
2. Shipping Charges
- If the product is sent incorrectly (defective/wrong size/wrong product) due to our mistake, then return shipping will be absolutely free.
- If the return is due to personal reasons only (e.g. don’t like, change of mind), then return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
3. Refund Process
- Customer submits a “Return Request” via website/email.
- Our logistics team schedules a pickup (within 2-3 days).
- Refund is processed once the product reaches our warehouse and is inspected.
- Customer is notified of the refund status via email/SMS.
